Terms of Service
These terms apply when you create an account or use SabiBom. By using the service, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
Using SabiBom
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use SabiBom only for lawful business activities. You are responsible for activity performed by users you authorize and for configuring staff roles and branch access appropriately.
Your business data
You retain responsibility for the business information you enter. You grant SabiBom permission to host, process, back up, and transmit that information only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
Records and professional advice
SabiBom assists with operational record keeping and reporting. It is not a bank, accounting firm, tax adviser, lawyer, or auditor. You must independently verify important financial, tax, employment, and legal decisions and retain records required by applicable law.
Sabi assistance
AI-assisted responses may be incomplete or incorrect. Review proposed actions and reports before relying on them. SabiBom may limit or disable automated actions when required for security, permissions, branch isolation, or service reliability.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, network failures, provider outages, security incidents, and product changes may affect availability. We may update or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
Plans and payments
Features may depend on a free, trial, complimentary, or paid plan. Any paid Android subscription offered inside the app will use the payment method and terms presented through Google Play. Taxes, renewal, cancellation, and refund rights may also be governed by the applicable store and local law.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass permissions or app verification, upload malicious material, interfere with other users, misuse personal information, reverse engineer protected services where prohibited, or use SabiBom to facilitate fraud or illegal activity.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access to protect users, comply with law, investigate misuse, address unpaid services, or maintain platform security. You may stop using SabiBom and request account deletion, subject to verification and legally required retention.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SabiBom is provided without guarantees that every calculation, report, integration, or notification will always be error-free. We are not responsible for indirect losses or business decisions made without independently verifying important records. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
